Tapas – small plates – encourages something all of us foodies love: sampling! Bite is all about variety, discovering new combinations and exploring a whole spectrum of flavors.  Each diner can choreograph their own meal, perhaps by progressing from a delicately seasoned plate to a robust and rustic dish. Or by playing the vibrant citrus of one plate off the earthly complexity of another. The possibilities are endless...let your palate play! (See our current menu!)

Bite chefs and cooks come alive in the kitchen. Their passion for food is evident in the creativity and care with which Bite's many tapas are crafted. Depending on when you visit, you’ll find local favorites like our Silver Dollar Fish Tacos, mixed in with seasonal fare like the Butternut Squash Soup and the Sauteed Brussel Sprouts with Bacon. Of course the much loved classics are there as well:  Fiery Honey Baby Back Ribs, Ahi Sliders, Jerk Prawns and many more. 

Whatever selections you make, we are happy to help you pair your choices with a great wine, craft beer or mixed drinks made from scratch. If you should happen upon a particularly memorable combination let us know - we will likely look forward to trying it ourselves!

You’ll find our menus change with the seasons in order to bring you the best in local and fresh ingredients. No matter what the season, Bite's food without borders is sure to inspire a meal that is both eclectic and enjoyable.

And of course, don't forget to save room for something sweet! Bite's homemade Desserts are a wonderful way to finish your meal. Desserts are served tapas style and ready to share - you can be sure you will not indulge alone at Bite.
