It all started on December 28, 2007 when our local paper, The North Tahoe Bonanza featured a new restaurant in town with “a different outlook.” We have grown quite a “bite” since then and publications from coast to coast have taken notice. Including mentions in the San Francisco Chronicle, Sactown Magazine and New York Magazine, or lifestyle publications like Outside Magazine and Ski Magazine, people are talking about Bite.
